He said it, not me.

This is now the 3rd poem writen for me, which is flattering. Damn I must be doing something write. I wont say who wrote it. But hes a cool guy!

It is not her fault, this tough outer wall The blame belongs on others, they push hoping she’ll fall Yet she remains anchored, she’s stubborn times ten She won’t show weakness, but she talks…I see it then

I have not seen her, but I have met her soul Many discussions later, I’ve discovered a hole She smiles in pictures, looks good on tape But she needs rescued, she needs a man with a cape

Her hero is out there, yet to be told He is needed to solve a crime, her heart can’t go cold She doesn’t believe in love, she needs to be shown It exists deep inside, it won’t show on its own

She deserves to be cuddled, her hand held firm Her beauty can’t be explained, not with a gesture or term But it is the spirit inside, that has me seeing blue I hear it’s amazing, and others say its true

So smile for us Amanda, we love to see you shine It’s this inner warmth, that’s made you a friend of mine
